NILZAN BOLUS

Description

Nilzan Bolus is a cost effective de-wormer for the treatment and control of the main gastrointestinal roundworms and liver fluke in cattle. It is also highly convenient for lactating dairy cows (zero milk withdrawal). It is safe for use in young, pregnant and lactating animals.

Each bolus contains

Levamisole                1 g
Oxyclozanide            1.4 g
Pack Size

SINGLE BOLUS TABLETS: Individually foil wrapped scored bolus.
Directions for Use

Dosage: 1 bolus per 150 kg body mass

Up to 90 kg          ½ bolus
90 kg to 175 kg      1 bolus
175 kg to 250 kg     1½ boluses
250 kg and over      2 boluses

Boluses may be dosed as such or crushed and suspended in water in a bottle and dosed.
Nilzan Bolus is also suitable for owners with only small herds.
Does not require specialized equipment for its application
For large herds the oral drench is more suitable.
Withdrawal Period

Meat – 7 days

Zero milk withdrawal
Precautions

Cattle must not be treated for 14 days before or after dosing with a organophosphorous compound – e.g. phosphatic dips.

Avoid eating, drinking or smoking while dosing.

In rare instances humans may show a reaction if they accidentally ingest the tablet an this presents as dizziness, nausea or vomiting, seek medical advice.
